1. Vegan chocolate shakeology, peanut butter, spinach, banana, ice
2. Mac & cheese with peas
3. Cheesy pita, cucumbers, frozen peaches & yogurt
Trying to get my nutrition back on track. Just say no to junk food. Except for the mac & cheese, lol
