Photo journal & Body Beast

10 months, 3 weeks, 2 days!! of changing my life! 

Current fitness program: Body Beast! With an Insanity/Piyo live backer on cardio days. 


1. Bagel with cream cheese & donut? :-O

Not pictured because I was watching the surge: Vegan chocolate shakeology, peanut butter, spinach, banana, ice, & water 

2. Beer 

3. Green bean fries 

4. Black bean burger with salad 

5. Cucumber, cheesy pita, veggie soup & yogurt  


I do have ice cream in the freezer that I chose not to eat. Cucumber over ice cream! I want my pants to fit. 


Body Beast Week 1 Day 6/block 1 = build chest & tris! Supposed to be a rest day but we switched it up. Love this one. Except for the push-ups.... lol
