Current fitness program: Body Beast!
1. Yogurt with chocolate chips (5:30AM wakeup call didn't lead to great choices!)
2. Mac & cheese with peas
3. Vegan chocolate shakeology, peanut butter, coconut oil, banana, kale, cinnamon, ice & water (I drank it after my workout while making dinner, lol), 2 veggie burgers with pepper jack cheese & sautéed broccoli. Plus a few fries that I didn't plan on eating. ;)
Day 15 of 21 = that's it for today - we just lost power from the high winds so the kitchen is CLOSED. Teach me to procrastinate, lol
Body Beast Week 5 Day 1/block 2 = bulk chest! Love that one!
