Current fitness program: Body Beast!
Not pictured because I shared them earlier: homemade peanut butter pancakes & my cosmo
1. Lunch/dinner out: bloomin' onion & fried zucchini
2. Lunch/dinner out: salad
3. Lunch/dinner out: eggplant parmesan
4. Lunch/dinner out: brownie ala mode, I just had a few bites. It wasn't that great.
5. Vegan chocolate shakeology, peanut butter, coconut oil, banana, kale (double serving), ice & water, with popcorn
Day 13 of 21 = so much fried stuff.
Body Beast Week 4 Day 6/block 2 = bulk back! I'm loving that bulk is condensed to 30 minute workouts. Get in, get out, get 'er done! :)
