Photo journal & body beast week 2

11 months, 1 day!! of changing my life! 

Current fitness program: Body Beast! With an Insanity/Piyo live backer on cardio days. 


1. Vanilla shakeology (ran out of no vegan chocolate!), peanut butter, spinach (double), banana, ice & water 

2. Lunch out: broccoli soup, Mediterranean veggie sandwich (A was trying it in the picture, lol), & an apple 

3. Yogurt & peaches 

4. Mashed potatoes & garlic bread. Yes, that was dinner. lol 


Could have been better. 


Body Beast Week 2 Day 5/block 1 = chest & tris! The babies napped together & we barely hit play when A woke up. #badtiming
