Current fitness program: Body Beast! With an Insanity/Piyo live backer on cardio days.
1. Vanilla shakeology (ran out of no vegan chocolate!), peanut butter, spinach (double), banana, ice & water
2. Lunch out: broccoli soup, Mediterranean veggie sandwich (A was trying it in the picture, lol), & an apple
3. Yogurt & peaches
4. Mashed potatoes & garlic bread. Yes, that was dinner. lol
Could have been better.
