1. Lunch out: veggie soup, Mediterranean veggie sandwich & baguette

3. Vegan chocolate shakeology, banana, kale (FINALLY a have my veggie back!), peanut butter, ice, & water, with yogurt, broccoli & leftover alfredo with gnocchi
Day 5 of 21 = much improved! I'm so relieved I finally hit the grocery store! :)
Body Beast Week 3 Day 5/block 1 = build chest & tris! Late workout tonight but I still love that one.
