Current fitness program: Body Beast!
1. Eggs & potatoes
2. Vegan chocolate shakeology, peanut butter, banana, kale, cinnamon, raw honey, ice & water, with veggie burgers & pepper jack cheese
Not pictured: half a cheese sandwich with mayo while on a killer call with a #beachbody rockstar! :)
3. Yogurt with peanut butter & chocolate chips
Day 8 of 21 = needed more veggies but ok overall.
Body Beast Week 4 Day 1/block 2 = bulk chest! My arms are still shaky 3 hours later, I'm going to like this block! ;)
