Current fitness program: Body Beast!
1. Vegan chocolate shakeology, coconut oil, pineapple, ice & water with carrots & bell peppers
2. Kind bar with my fix board in the background -- no container, it was a bonus. lol
3. Sunflower seeds
4. Lunch out: salad with roasted veggies -- I ended up having some of the little fellas pizza (1 yellow & part of a blue)
5. Eggs, fried potatoes & broccoli
6. Yogurt & peaches
Day 1 of 21 = SUCCESS!! Slight slips but SO MUCH better than I've been doing. I'm happy with it. :)
Body Beast Week 3 Day 1/block 1 = build back & bis! Late workout after a full afternoon out with the little fellas but we got 'er done! #BOOM
