Photo journal & Body Beast week 3

11 months, 5 days!! of changing my life! 

Current fitness program: Body Beast! 


1. Vegan chocolate shakeology, peanut butter, banana, ice & water 

2. Veggie burger with tomato, broccoli & potato 

3. Leftover chorizo/bell pepper/green olive mix with tortilla chips, and carrot & bell pepper slices 

4. Yogurt & peaches 


Day 2 of 21 = rocky!! I face planted in a pan of mozzarella sticks. HARD. But, I counted it as a blue & a yellow and carried on. :) 


Body Beast Week 3 Day 2/block 1 = cardio day! I like that workout. It's fast & really gets my heart rate up. 

Plus more leaf moving. So much leaf moving. lol
