1. Vegan chocolate shakeology, banana, spinach, peanut butter, ice, water, 2 waffles with plain yogurt (with peanut butter, maple syrup & vanilla extract), frozen peaches
2. Pita with cheese
3. Green beans, leftover potatoes, cheeseburger egg rolls (minus the cheese)
Day 16 of 21 day fix - short on veggies! Rough day.
Week 5, day 2 = I did Piyo Live today & recorded myself. So. Much. Practice. Needed!
